The days of continuous returns to community control are long over and Judge Sean Leuthold proved just how serious he is about that statement.
In Crawford County Common Pleas Court Friday, Leuthold sentenced 33-year-old Richard Poland of Galion to a total 59 months in prison for violating the terms of his community control on four domestic violence felonies. The felonies – one third-degree and three fourth-degrees – spanned from 2012 to 2014.
