GALION, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—The Kiwanis Club of Galion and Josh Cole Coaching are partnering to present a leadership lunch focused on personal and professional growth. The event, titled “The Tension You Need To Succeed,” is open to employees, owners, managers, citizens, and leaders of all kinds.
The lunch aims to motivate attendees to seek more for themselves and their organizations by equipping them with a mindset geared toward intentional self-improvement. The central theme of the talk is that personal and organizational growth stagnates without the “tension” between the current state and potential future achievements.
Josh Cole’s presentation will explore how growth occurs by actively embracing challenges that expand one’s capabilities and knowledge. This consistent stretching requires a strong appreciation for excellence, change, and individual potential.
Key points of the talk will include: the reluctance of many to be stretched, the reality that “average” is often insufficient, the internal nature of stretching, the necessity of change for growth, how stretching distinguishes individuals, the possibility of making stretching a lifestyle, and how it can lead to significance.
Attendees can expect to benefit through a revitalized leadership style, an invigorated vision, new energy to embrace change and personal growth, and the courage to lead with excellence. The organizers emphasize that embracing challenges unlocks individual potential.
The lunch and learn event, “The Tension You Need to Succeed,” invites participants to discover how to fuel growth and excellence.
The first 25 registrants will attend for free, thanks to the sponsorship of Firelands Federal Credit Union and Park National Bank. The event is hosted by the Galion Kiwanis Club, an organization dedicated to improving the world one child and one community at a time, recognizing the importance of good leadership for thriving communities.
Each registration includes a choice of a box lunch from Three Girls and A Kitchen.
