GALION, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—The Galion Public Library has announced a full slate of programs for March, offering everything from tech help to game nights and historical discussions. Here’s a look at what’s in store:

Tech Help: Struggling with Canva, social media, or Microsoft/Google software? The library offers one-on-one appointments with staff to address your tech needs. Sessions are available March 3, 5, 24, and 31 at 1:30 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. Sign up via a QR code on the library’s programming calendar, available at the circulation desk or on social media, or by picking up a paper application at the desk.

Yap Club: Connect with other adults at the library’s “Yap Club.” A virtual session is scheduled for March 5 from 6-8 p.m. on Zoom. An in-person gathering with snacks will be held March 26, also from 6-8 p.m. in the Community Room. The library will provide conversation starters.

Coffee & Coloring: Relax and get creative at the Three Bean Coffee House on March 12 from 2-4 p.m. Coloring supplies are free; attendees are responsible for the cost of their drinks. Children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Political Education: Explore the complexities of the Irish Potato Famine at a program on March 17 (St. Patrick’s Day) from 6-8 p.m. in the Community Room. The discussion will delve into the historical context and its lasting impact.

Adult Craft Night: Spruce up your space with a rug painting party on March 19 from 6-8 p.m. in the Community Room. Participants will paint 17×30 inch coir welcome mats. Supplies are limited to the first 20 attendees.

Game Night: Enjoy an evening of fun and games on March 31 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the Community Room. Attendees can choose from a variety of card games, board games, and Rummy-O. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
