The Crawford Park District invites all to come and pitch a tent around the pond for an all-night campout stay.
The Family Tent Camping event will take place this Friday at Lowe-Volk Park. Families can start setting up tents any time after 5 p.m.; programing will start at 6:30. The Park District will provide a night of family fun that includes fishing and hiking, watching the night sky, and of course, roasting s’mores.
So bring your tent, blankets, and a treat to share around the camp fire. We’ll have a wonderful night.
Preregistration required before Sept. 10.
