The Buckeye Central girls golf team traveled to Shelby for the Shelby Invitational on Monday.
The Lady Bucks shot a 428 to finish 6th in the 12-team field. Lydia Shealy led the scoring for Buckeye Central with an 87, followed by Megan McGinnis (106), Ashlee Stander (116), and Ali Biglin (119).
Shealy’s score was 4th low overall.
Port Clinton won the team championship and Alexis Jones of Shelby was tournament medalist. The Lady Bucks travel to Seneca East next Monday, and to Bucyrus on Tuesday.
