Tuesday’s Junior Fair Rabbit Show at the Crawford County Fair could have easily been dubbed, Megan McGinnis Day.

McGinnis was not only named Outstanding Exhibitor at the show, but also won the Senior Division of the Skillathon, Senior Division of Showmanship, Breed Class winner for Dutch, and was named Grand Champion for Breed.

Second place for Outstanding Exhibitor went to Madison Tieban and Madison Coffman was third. Reserve Grand Champion for Breed was Kaley Spears who also won the Breed Class for Mini Lop.

rabbits fair 2015Sarah Scott said, “I go to Bucyrus Middle School and the 4-H Club I’m in is the Liberty Leaders. I have two Californian Rabbits, one is a buck and one is a doe. The doe is Anna and the buck is Mugsy. For the Showmanship today, they just asked me a few questions about rabbits mainly and you had to like name some diseases and where they are found on the rabbit and that is basically it.”
