BUCYRUS, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—On Wednesday, June 19, riders representing the Rotary-sponsored MESA (Medical Equipment and Supplies Abroad) embarked from Bucyrus for their final day of fundraising. The group of 14 riders was hosted by the Rotary Club of Bucyrus, which provided a picnic, overnight accommodations, and breakfast.
This year, MESA has set a fundraising goal of $60,000, which is half the budgeted amount needed to fund the MESA warehouse and shipping costs.
The Rotary Club of Bucyrus has shown its support for MESA’s mission with a generous donation of $1,700.
