BUCYRUS, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)First Federal Community Bank (FFCB) is pleased to announce the completion of their renovation project at their east branch located at 2020 East Mansfield Street in Bucyrus. The renovation investment represents the bank’s continued commitment to investing in the community and maximizing the customer experience.

First Federal Community Bank will maintain its 82 employees while creating one full-time position at the east branch location. The Bucyrus Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a ribbon-cutting on Wednesday, May 29 at 1:00 p.m. After the ribbon cutting, FFCB will host an open house until 3 p.m.

Steve Crall, First Federal Community Bank’s president and CEO, shared the following on the investment, “Community is our middle name, and this investment underscores our unwavering commitment to serving our banking experience for our customers with state-of-the-art services in a welcoming environment.”

The east branch was established in 2003, and the design and decor has remained the same since. The current investment includes updating the floors, painting, as well as desks and furniture. Additionally, the renovations allowed for a cohesive appearance across the bank’s locations, notably adding the branded signage and signature brand color, FFCB green. First Federal Community Bank has invested in several of their Crawford County offices over the past four years.

Bucyrus Mayor, Bruce Truka, shared, “I am delighted to see the commitment FFCB has shown with the renovation of another branch location. This investment not only enhances the bank’s facilities but also reflects their dedication to the community.” He continued by saying, “We are proud to have First Federal Community Bank headquartered in Bucyrus, and we look forward to the positive impact this renovation will bring.”
