MANSFIELD, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to the capture of four fugitives wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office.
Tracy Baker, 49, is a white male with bald/blond hair and green eyes, standing 6 feet tall. Scaggs is wanted for possession of fentanyl. He has ties to the city of Mansfield.
Mark Scaggs, 43, is a white female with blond hair and blue eyes, standing 5 feet 4 inches tall. Baker is wanted for drug possession. She has ties to the cities of Mansfield and Ashland, OH.
Drake Maynard, 24, is a white male with brown hair and brown eyes, standing 5 feet 10 inches tall. Maynard is wanted for strangulation. He has ties to the city of Mansfield.
Jose Flores, 45, is a Hispanic male with brown hair and brown eyes, standing 5 feet, 11 inches tall. Flores is wanted for rape. He has ties to the cities of Mansfield, Bakersfield CA, and Fernley, NV.
