BUCYRUS, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—Jamie Lester, 41, of Bucyrus, recently gambled by going to trial on a fourth-degree felony charge of burglary.
Bucyrus Attorney Tom Nicholson represented Lester. However, that gamble ended with a guilty verdict by a jury in just under eight minutes.
Lester, already on post-release control from prison, faced Crawford County Common Pleas Court Judge Sean Leuthold for sentencing.
Judge Leuthold sentenced Lester to the maximum sentence of 18 months in prison. Leuthold also reinstated the 540 days left on his post-release control.
