Derrick Taylor is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of felonious assault. Taylor is described as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes, standing 6 feet 2 inches tall. He has ties to the cities of Ashland, Baltic, and Galion.

Earl Whipple is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for rape. Whipple is described as a white male with brown hair and hazel eyes, standing 5 feet 8 inches tall. He has ties to Mansfield, Shelby, and High Springs Florida.

Matthew Hively is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for illegal conveyance of drugs. Hively is described as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes, standing 5 feet 11 inches tall. He has ties to the city of Mansfield.

Jose Flores is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for rape. Flores is described as a Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5 feet, 11 inches tall. He has ties to the cities of Mansfield, Bakersfield CA, and Fernley NV.
