MANSFIELD, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—The U.S. Marshals Service and local law enforcement agencies are seeking the public’s help in locating four fugitives wanted on various charges.

LJ Harris

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to the capture of fugitive LJ Harris. Harris, 43, is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office on charges of rape and attempted rape. Harris is described as a black male with black hair and brown eyes, standing 6 feet tall. He has ties to Columbus.

Steven Drummond

Steven Drummond, 27, is also sought by the task force. Drummond is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for failure to register as a sex offender. He is described as a white male with blond hair and blue eyes, standing 5 feet 9 inches tall. Drummond has ties to Shelby, Ohio, and Gibsonton, Florida.

Nestor Salazar

The task force is also seeking information leading to the capture of Nestor Salazar, 34. Salazar is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for illegal conveyance of drugs. He is described as a Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5 feet 9 inches tall. Salazar has ties to the cities of Willard and Columbus.

Mark Morgan

Mark Morgan, 57, is the fourth fugitive sought by the task force. Morgan is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for strangulation. He is described as a black male with a bald head and brown eyes, standing 5 feet 9 inches tall. Morgan has ties to Mansfield.
