MANSFIELD, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—The U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office have released the names of four fugitives wanted for various charges. All four have ties to the Mansfield area and one to the Galion area.

Rafael Martinez

Rafael Martinez, 39, is wanted for a bond violation on the original charges of trafficking in fentanyl. He is also wanted by the adult parole authority on a parole violation on the original charge of rape. Martinez is a white male, 5’8” tall, with black hair and brown eyes.

Trenton Schoenman

Trenton Schoenman, 23, is wanted for a probation violation on the original charges of weapons under disability, tampering with evidence, possession of drugs, and receiving stolen property. Schoenman is a black male, 5’10’’ tall, weighing 164lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes.

David Greene

David Greene, 38, is wanted on the charge of failure to verify address on a sex offense (F1). Greene is a white male, 6’0’ tall, weighing 140lbs, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He has ties to both the Mansfield and Galion area.

Brian Mays

Brian Mays, 38, is wanted for possession of fentanyl. Mays is a white male, 5’10” tall, with brown hair and brown eyes.
