MANSFIELD—The following are on this week’s Most Wanted list from the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.
Richard Kiser—56 years old, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Kiser is wanted for failing to provide a change of address as a sex offender. He has ties to Mansfield, New Philadelphia, Conneaut, Bergholz, and Lawrenceburg, TN.
Tyrone Cheeks―43 years old, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Cheeks is wanted by the U.S Marshals Service and Richland County Sheriff’s Office for probation violation on the original charge of aggravated robbery F1. He has ties to Mansfield.
Marquis Morris—34 years old, 6 feet tall, 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Morris is wanted by the U.S Marshals Service and Richland County Sheriff’s Office for felonious assault F2. He has ties to the Mansfield area.
Winston Kilgore—31 years old, 6 feet, 1 inch tall, 220 pounds, with blond hair and hazel eyes. Kilgore is by the U.S. Marshals Service and Richland County Sheriff’s Office for probation violation on the original charge of Burglary F-2. He has ties to the Mansfield, Marion, and Mt. Gilead areas.
