Nearly 20 companies have invested time and money into strengthening their front line these past two years. Collectively, and over 3, six-week, sessions, have sent nearly 60 Crawford County Supervisors to Boot Camp.

Created by Crawford: 20/20 Vision’s Business Success and Job Availability Action Team, Supervisor Boot Camp aims to address turnover and retention issues that often occur between workers and their direct supervisor. Six, interactive courses address common workplace issues such as communication and conflict management. Other sessions inform and update supervisors on important topics like employment law, coaching skills, time management, and taking corrective action.

The spring session of Boot Camp is now accepting registrations. Classes begin March 18 and run through the end of April. Seats are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. See www.crawford2020.com for more information.

NEW THIS YEAR: BOOT CAMP FOR BOSSES– March 11
This 1/2 day session reinforces the training that Boot Camp graduates will receive, and teaches participants how to use what they’ve learned to maximize their performance at work and at home. It also gives company leaders (who’re investing in their employees’ success by sending them to Boot Camp) a way to strengthen their relationship with their supervisors. In addition, supporting Supervisor Boot Camp also demonstrates to the company’s employees how important it is to continually improve performance through training.

Supervisor Boot Camp, Spring 2015 starts March 11 (Boot Camp for Bosses). Regular courses begin March 18, and April 1-29.

Registration is available online and tuition discounts are available for Crawford: 20/20 Vision investors. For more information, email info@crawford2020.com or call 419.563.1809.
