Seventeen people were brought before Common Pleas Court Judge Sean Leuthold Tuesday to answer felony indictments from the Crawford County Grand Jury. Nine of those people are facing drug charges.

Two people are facing third degree felony charges. Katherine Swerlein is charged with theft involving firearms. Her bond was set at $100,000. Andrew Kine is facing a three-count indictment with one count third-degree felony drug possession involving Oxycodone. Kline’s bond was set at $150,000.

For the first time, those individuals already in custody were arraigned via video conferencing from the Crawford County Justice Center.

Those arraigned, the charges against them and bond amounts are: Ronald Kilgore, F$ domestic violence (personal recognizance); Tiffany Quaintance, F5 theft (personal recognizance); Derek Snyder, F5 receiving stolen property (personal recognizance); Jeremy Sparks, F5 receiving stolen property (personal recognizance); Tony Perry, F5 possession of drugs (personal recognizance); Katherine Swerlein F3 theft ($100,000); Amber Griefenstine, F5 theft (personal recognizance); Temple Logan, F5 possession of drugs ($100,000); Andrew Kline, F5 possession of drugs, F5 receiving stolen property, F3 possession of drugs ($150,000); Nicholas McIntyre, F5 possession of drugs ($100,000); Daniel Rossas, F5 possession of drugs ($50,000); Brian Beitzel F5 possession of drugs ($25,000); Jessica Sargeant F5 possession of drugs ($50,000); Craig Lantz, two counts of possessing a dangerous drug for the purpose of conveyance or distribution ($50,000); Josh Miller, F5 possession of drugs ($50,000); Kevin Foust, F5 receiving stolen property ($100,000); Destiny Pierce, three counts of F5 receiving stolen property (personal recognizance).
