Landowners in Crawford County may be eligible for grants from the Soil and Water Conservation District to help with tile repairs and projects.
Landowners in the watersheds of the Upper Brokensword Creek, Loss Creek and Allen Run can receive incentives to install submain tile with water control structures or water control structures on existing drainage systems. Applications are currently being accepted for projects to be completed by April 30.
Landowners and producers in the Lake Erie Watershed which is considered the northern two-thirds of the county are eligible to receive incentives to install submain tile and tile control structures. Applications are currently being accepted through March 15.
