Hannah Crawford third grader Dylan Britt has decided he wants to make a difference.
Dylan is the son of Shawn and Jody Britt and this past summer he had a yard sale to raise money to buy toys for Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus. Dylan set a goal of $100 and through donations from family, friends, his sister Courtney and his brother Brandon he met his goal and then some. Dylan raised $175 and in December went toy shopping and delivered the gifts to Children’s Hospital.
Now he wants raise more money and buy more gifts.
This Saturday, Valentine’s Day Feb. 14, Dylan will be selling Valentine’s carnations before and during the boys basketball game between Buckeye Central and Colonel Crawford at the Eagles’ Robert Morrison Gymnasium.
Carnations are $2 each. Show your Valentine some love while helping Dylan show the patients at Children’s Hospital some love.
