While Crawford County didn’t have a white Christmas that doesn’t mean the area is going to escape cold and snow for the rest of the winter. That arrived in a small dose Sunday, but much more is expected later tonight and Tuesday morning.
With a high of only 15 today, the forecast is calling for snow to develop sometime after midnight and drop as much as 3 to 5 inches on this area by morning with another inch possible later Tuesday morning. At least one area school had a weather-related delay this morning.
The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch beginning this evening through Tuesday evening.
