BUCYRUS—Britanny Fraser, 36, of Bucyrus, was arraigned on a felony trespass charge, a fourth-degree felony punishable with up to 18 months in prison.

Fraser was arrested on a report of breaking and entering made by Bucyrus City Councilman and Bratwurst Festival Director Kevin Myers.

She was arrested on Oakwood Ave., where she was held pending a court appearance.

Fraser was given a personal recognizance bond and ordered to have no contact with Myers.

Judge Leuthold explained the seriousness of a no-contact order: ”If you go into a store and the victim is in there, you must leave the store. Look Bucyrus is a small town and this includes social media and the internet. If you make a comment about the victim and it gets back to the victim… that’s a violation of the no-contact order.”

Leuthold appointed attorney Robert Dintamon to represent Fraser.
