BELLEVUE—Financial Services (AFS), a credit union-owned Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO), today announced that Michael Tindall has been named president and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Founded in 1986 and located in Fremont, Ohio, AFS provides data processing, technology, development, and member contact services to 7 Ohio credit unions. These credit unions include Directions Credit Union, Firelands Federal Credit Union, Fremont Federal Credit Union, Glass City Federal Credit Union, Impact Credit Union, Nueva Esperanza Community Credit Union, and Midwest Community Federal Credit Union.

Prior to his new role, Tindall served in various positions at AFS, including interim President/CEO from January 2021 to October 2021, when officially appointed the new title, and more formerly as Executive Vice President of Information Technology. Since joining the organization in 2011, he has developed a passion for serving credit unions and leveraging his technology background to provide quality and affordable solutions to credit union members.

Most recently, Tindall played a key role in converting credit unions of the CUSO to a new core processing software, Corelation Keystone, and expanding the business by adding a member contact center to serve credit union members.
