Varsity Grille in Galion will be hosting a “Celebrity Chef” fundraising event this Saturday, November 22, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The event will feature local culinary expert, Dick Gervais, as he cooks up a mouthwatering menu, including roasted pork tenderloin, maple glazed carrots and potato mousseline for only $14.95. The Varsity Grille will also have the regular menu available for purchase.
Varsity Grille is located at 451 Portland Way North in Galion. Twenty-five percent of all sales will go to the United Way of Crawford County when you present the event flyer to your server. You can print off the event flyer by going to the UWCC website www.unitedwayofcrawfordcounty.org. UWCC supports over 30 programs around the county in the areas of health, education and financial stability.
