MANSFIELD—The following are on this week’s Most Wanted list from the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.
Kijuan Harris—33-years-old, 6-feet, 5-inches tall, 240 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Harris is wanted for a parole violation on a trafficking in drugs charge. He has ties to the Mansfield area.
Jovaun Morgan—29-years-old, 6-feet tall, 160 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Morgan is wanted for bond violation, on an original charge of cocaine possession F2. He has ties to the Mansfield area.
Rafael Martinez Jr.—38-years-old, 5-feet, 9-inches tall, 189 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Martinez is wanted for parole violation, original charge of rape; sex offender registration violation; aggravated trafficking fentanyl F1. He has ties to Mansfield, Cleveland, and Kentucky.
John Hansgen—38-years-old, 5-feet, 6-inches tall, 170 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Hansgen is wanted for probation violation, on an original charge of domestic violence F4. He has ties to the Mansfield area.
