Three vehicles were involved in a crash Monday afternoon at the intersection of U.S. 23 and Linn Hipsher Road in Marion County.
The Marion Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol investigated the accident and indicates a vehicle driven by 63-year-old Janet Dunbar of Bucyrus was traveling north when her vehicle struck one operated by 76-year-old Thomas Taylor of Marion that was traveling east on Linn Hipsher and failed to yield at the stop sign. Taylor’s vehicle then went off the right side of the road and hit a third vehicle operated by 50-year-old Michael Roush of Forest.
Taylor and a passenger in Dunbar’s vehicle, 63-year-old Michelle Powers of Bucyrus, were transported to Marion General Hospital. Taylor was cited for failure to yield.
