Barbara A. Heinlen, 75 of Bucyrus passed away on Saturday, September 25, 2021, at Bucyrus Community Hospital following a brief illness.  Barb was born May 23, 1946, in Bucyrus to the late Carl and Florence (McBride) Campbell.  She was married July 18, 1997, to Raymond Heinlen who preceded her in death on February 8, 2018.

Barbara is survived by children Jeff (Michelle) Mostoller of Upper Sandusky, Stephanie Mostoller Butler of Bucyrus, and Bob (Jeannie) Mostoller of Upper Sandusky, stepchildren Ryan (Andrea) Heinlen, Rami (Clifford) Beck, and Adam Heinlen; grandchildren Chad Mostoller, Tim Butler, and Shawn and Maxwell Frey; step-grandchildren Averee Ayden, Aspen Heinlen, Sarah, Sophia, and Isaac Beck; and brother Ernest (Sue) Campbell of Oklahoma.

Barb was a graduate of the Mt. Vernon Academy in 1964.  She worked as a waitress at Bob’s Sandwich Shop, Ike’s, and Denny’s.  Barb last worked at the Council on Aging.  She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church and was a former Board Member.  She loved playing the piano and organ, reading murder mysteries, gardening and flowers, putting together puzzles, camping, and spending time with her children and grandchildren for family dinners.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 2:00 pm in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with Pastor Marcellus de Oliveira officiating and burial to follow in Crawford County Memory Gardens.  The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm until the time of the service.  Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association and expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com.
