A member of the Crestline Village Council is vacating her post effective today. Stacey Wampler submitted her resignation to Mayor David Sharrock following the last Village Council meeting on Sept. 22.
Wampler’s letter indicates she is relocating and as a result is unable to maintain that seat on Village Council. Wampler was elected to council in November and her term began in January. It runs through January of 2017.
Sharrock is accepting letters of intent from Crestline residents interested in filling that position. The deadline to submit those letters is Oct. 10.
