Cora Alice Mullins, 68, of Galion went home to be with Jesus on Monday, August 30, 2021, in Altercare of Bucyrus.
She was born on January 7, 1953, in Crestline and was the daughter of Frank and Molly Christner. On November 11, 1987, Cora married the love of her life, David L. Mullins, Sr. and they spent 41 years together.
Cora was a homemaker who enjoyed watching the old western movies on television. She also enjoyed cooking, sewing, and raising her family.
In addition to her husband she is survived by seven children, Tina, JR, David Jr., James, Joe, Bob and Ashlee; her grandchildren, Hethar, Deidre, Deija, Tyrek, Madison, Lee, Seth, Marleigh, James, Owen, Leland, Wesley, Tristan, Makayla, Cayzileh, Mariah and her great-grandchildren, Lacey, Noah, Zoey, Lilly and a great-grandson due on her birthday. Cora is also survived by a brother, Mason of Columbus, Ohio, and a sister, Cathy Ward of Pickerington.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Jim.
A celebration of Cora’s life will be scheduled at a later date and burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Galion.
