IBERIA—A new automotive service center in the heart of Iberia is going full speed ahead in the customer service department.
Van’s Auto Service & Tire Pros, which opened in August 2018, is celebrating its three-year anniversary in a brand-new facility at 3596 State Route 309. But the company is offering area residents more than quality car parts and top-notch service.
“One of the things we really focus on is our customers. They’re treated like family,” said Rebecca True, sales and marketing director for the Van’s Tire Pros franchise. “That’s the culture of our stores. Treating people like they need to be treated.”
The family-owned business, which has 10 locations throughout northern Ohio, employs certified technicians to repair brakes, transmissions, and heating and air conditioning systems, True said, as well as do basic oil changes and battery replacements.
The company also offers wheel alignments and engine repairs, and diagnostic services. Contactless service is available, plus customers have the option of waiting in a comfortable waiting area or taking advantage of free shuttle service during any repair.
Josh Baughman owns Van’s Tire Pros, which recently opened locations in Norwalk and Cuyahoga Falls. Other stores are in Mansfield, Wadsworth, Medina, North Ridgeville, and Akron.
“We’ve expanded by two stores in the last 90 days,” True said. “It’s been a busy year so far.”
Another exciting first for the business, she said, is the recent endorsement of Cleveland Browns running back Nick Chubb, who will be appearing in all of the Van’s Tire Pros advertisements this NFL season. “It was an idea of Josh’s. We just made it happen.”
The Morrow County store currently has six employees, True said. Sales and specials on tires are offered regularly, and most maintenance appointments can also be made online, with extended hours available.
Overall, the company’s mission, she said, is to provide honest advice and quality service at affordable prices so that, in the long run, any tire or automotive service is a simple, hassle-free experience.
