Allen R. Milligan, Sr., 61 of Crestline passed away Sunday, July 25, 2021 at Avita Ontario Hospital.
Born July 9, 1960, in Lima, Ohio, he was the son of the late Charles Milligan and Janet (Johnson)
Stinebough of Crestline. He married Patricia A. (Ivy) Milligan on June 3, 1997, and she preceded him on December 14, 2010.
He was a graduate of Lima Senior high School. He enjoyed fishing.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by eight children, Alyssa (Ray) Truman of Galion, Son’dee Sue (Fiancé’ Chad Mosley) Milligan of Crestline, Aleena Jerrelle Truman of Mansfield, Ray (Grace) Williams of Crestline, Aaron Daniel (Kelly) Williams of Bluffton, Rodney Edward Milligan of Mansfield, Allen R. Milligan, Jr. of Crestline and Jessica Milligan of Virginia; a granddaughter, Aribella Milligan; sister, Rose Milligan of Lima and two brothers, John Milligan of Stuart, Va. and Chuck Milligan of Virginia.
The family will hold a private service.
