RICHLAND COUNTY – The Mansfield Post is investigating a one-vehicle, serious injury crash on SR 603 just east of SR 545 in Franklin Township.
The Mansfield Post received the call on Monday night, at 10:22 p.m. The initial investigation shows a 2012 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic motorcycle, driven by Dustin M. King 37, of Galion, was traveling northwest on SR 603 when he failed to negotiate a curve. King traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck a culvert, and overturned. King was not wearing a helmet. King suffered serious injuries as a result of the crash and was transported to the Mansfield Ohio Health Hospital by Franklin Township EMS.
The Franklin Township Fire and EMS assisted at the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
