Janice Hazel Mullins, 66, of Crestline passed away at home on Monday, March 22, 2021. She was born in Morgan County, Tennessee on October 28, 1954, to James and Mildred (Blalock) Bunch.
On October 30, 1984, Janice married William Mullins and he preceded her in death.
Janice was an excellent homemaker who loved to read. She had a big heart and always saw the best in people. Janice was generous and a down-to-earth woman. She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, and all those she saw as children.
Left to cherish her memories are Janice’s six children; Shasta Orwig of Crestline, Sheena (Andy) Runion of Oak Grove, KY, Samantha (Juan) Mullins of Crestline, Savannah Robinette of Oak Grove, KY, Shannon (Taya) Mullins of Mansfield and William Mullins of Galion, 16 grandchildren; her brothers; Jerry, Jo, and Tony Bunch; and her sisters; Bobbi Bunch, Effie Hensley and Carolyn Frazier.
In addition to her husband and parents, Janice was preceded in death by 5 brothers and 1 sister.
