10:30 a.m.-Officers assisted the Richland County Sheriff’s Office with a felony warrant arrest in the 400 block of Grant Street.

11:25 a.m.-Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office and Probation Department in the 100 block of Portland Way North.

5:09 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 400 block of Grand Street.

3:03 a.m.-A disturbance was investigated in the 200 block of South Jefferson Street. Jordan M. Williams was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

9:03 a.m.-A bicycle that was found in the 300 block of North Market Street was turned over to officers.

9:14 a.m.-A report of a young child running down the street in the 100 block of First Avenue was investigated.

1:19 p.m.-A welfare check was attempted in the 100 block of Harding Way East.

3:08 p.m.-A report of a cat caught in a trap in the 300 block of North Market Street. An officer released it from the trap.

6:17 p.m.-A report of two boys on a roof throwing things down into the alley was investigated. The boys were issued warnings for trespassing.

6:33 p.m.-A South Jefferson Street resident reported receiving harassing phone calls from someone they know.

7:38 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 300 block of Westgate Road.

9:13 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the 300 block of South Market Street.

6:36 a.m.-A standby was conducted in the 100 block of Harding Way East.

2:16 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 600 block of Cherry Street.

3:37 p.m.-Officers assisted Adult Protective Services personnel in the 400 block of Portland Way North.

5:55 p.m.-A report of fraud was taken in the 500 block of West Church Street.

8:29 p.m.-A Smith Street resident reported a neighbor came over their fence and attacked their dog. Officers took a report and advised the parties to contact the dog warden.
