9:28 a.m.-An Emerson Street resident reported their vehicles entered overnight.

9:45 a.m.-Officers assisted with a civil standby in the 500 block of Failor Avenue.

10:04 a.m.-Officers made a welfare check in the 300 block of East Rensselaer Street.

10:28 a.m.-A Maple Street resident reported their vehicles entered overnight.

11:12 a.m.-A person came to the station to speak with an officer regarding child custody.

11:18 a.m.-Officers assisted Adult Probation in the 100 block of Wayne Avenue.

12:13 p.m.-A resident in the 200 block of Emerson Street reported his vehicle broken into overnight.

1:18 p.m.-Officers mediated a landlord/tenant issue on Fisher Street.

3:20 p.m.-Mandy Drown, 39, was arrested for warrants out of the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office. She was transported and released to Seneca County deputies.

3:32 p.m.-A juvenile complaint was investigated in the 100 block of West Warren Street.

4:31 p.m.-Officers assisted Adult Probation in the 100 block of Wayne Avenue.

4:57 p.m.-Officers investigated a traffic complaint in the 300 block of South Spring Street.

5:26 p.m.-Officers performed a welfare check in the 800 block of Earl Street.

5:45 p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 900 block of Elm Street.

5:53 p.m.-Officers investigated a parking complaint in the 200 block of West Warren Street.

5:59 p.m.-Officers investigated a hit-skip accident in the area of Pinewood Court.

7:11 p.m.-Officers investigated a private property accident in the 1500 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

7:14 p.m.-Officers investigated a shoplift in the 100 block of East Charles Street.

10:09 p.m.-Officers investigated a loud music complaint in the 200 block of North Highland Avenue.

10:45 p.m.-William J. Voss, 53, was arrested in the 100 block of Plymouth Street and was charged with possession of drugs. Joelena Y. Dunn, 25, was also arrested and charged with drug paraphernalia. Dunn was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center.

2:50 p.m.-Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s office in the area of Harper Road.

3:04 p.m.-Officers performed a welfare check in the 800 block of Wilbur Street.

3:11 p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 1200 block of Reid Street.

3:16 p.m.-Officers assisted the city Water Department in the 500 block of Failor Avenue.

3:43 p.m.-Officers performed a welfare check in the 800 block of East Rensselaer Street.

4:36 p.m.-Officers made a pickup in the 1500 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

4:59 p.m.-Officers investigated an alarm drop in the 1400 block of West Home Circle Drive.

6:40 p.m.-Billy Patton, 51, was arrested in the 1000 block of South Walnut Street and charged with reckless operation of a motor vehicle, no operator’s license and fictitious plates. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center where he is being held for bond and an evaluation.

6:58 p.m.-Officers investigated a theft report in the 500 block of Kaler Avenue.

7:08 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a suspicious person in the area of Beal Avenue.

8:59 p.m.-Officers investigated an animal call in the area of Marion Road and South Sandusky Avenue.

9:05 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a suspicious person in the 1600 block of Marion Road.

11:52 p.m.-A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 1200 block of East Mansfield Street.

10:30 a.m.-Rafael A Newkirk, 41, was arrested in the 200 block of West Liberty Street on a Seneca County warrant.  He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to await transport to Seneca County.

11:28 a.m.-Officers took a theft report in the area of Ann and Myers Streets.

12:21 p.m.-A theft report was taken in the 200 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

3:14 p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 1000 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

3:21 p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 400 block of Redmen Way.

4:08 p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 600 block of East Rensselaer Street.

6:28 p.m.-Officers investigated a two-vehicle accident in the 100 block of Wayne Avenue.
