3:30 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person who was ducking behind vehicles in the 100 block of Harding Way West was investigated. The man attempted to throw items down as he tried to flee from officers. Robert A. Fulker was arrested for theft, obstructing official business, criminal damaging, safe cracking and possession of criminal tools.
11 a.m.-Officers assisted the fire and line departments with a semi that was stuck in an alley and against a telephone line in the Public Square area.
2:10 p.m.-A welfare check was conducted in the 1100 block of Ohio 61.
9:47 p.m.-A report that someone dug a tunnel in snowbanks in the 300 block of South Street and there was someone inside of it.
