GALION—A Galion man was arrested after a pursuit with Galion Police early Tuesday morning.
Brandon T. Pridemore was arrested for failure to comply with the order of a police officer at 3:19 a.m. in the 300 block of South East Street. He was also issued a citation for a rearview mirror violation. Ronk’s Towing assisted at the scene.

10:49 a.m.-A standby was conducted in the 300 block of Mansfield Street.
1:59 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 400 block of Portland Way North.
2:07 p.m.-A report of juveniles throwing rocks at houses was investigated in the 300 block of Eighth Avenue. They were turned over to their parents.
2:43 p.m.-Officers assisted Galion Firefighters with a house fire in the 600 block of Grand Street.
5:34 p.m.-Officers assisted Crawford County Children Services personnel in the 400 block of Libby Lane.
6:15 p.m.-A report of a suspicious bag left on a porch in the 300 block of Mansfield Street was investigated.
6:30 p.m.-Joseph Beatty Jr. was issued a citation for driving with an expired license on South Street.
