Laura J. Staton, 58, of Galion passed away on Monday, December 7, 2020 at Riverside Methodist Hospital.
Laura was born on June 23, 1962 to Douglas Blake and Hazel (Rickard) Bailey.
Laura was a loving and caring person, and her family meant the world to her. She adored all of her grandchildren, biological and nonbiological. Laura enjoyed being outside and tending to her garden. She also spent her time reading and doing arts and crafts with her grandchildren.
Laura is survived by her loving husband, Oscar of thirty years; her mother, Hazel Bailey; her children; Lisa Staton of Galion, Tina Staton of Galion, Oscar (Nicole) Pace of Columbus, Jason Slone of Galion and Christopher Staton of Galion; her seven brothers; Ronald, David, Roy, John, James, Robert and Richard Blake; her step-mother, Beverley Blake; her thirteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Laura was preceded in death by her father, Douglas Blake.
