CRESTLINE—A Crestline man was arrested after a tip was provided to law enforcement by Fed Ex regarding a package that was to be delivered to the man’s residence.

The tip alerted law enforcement that the package contained 75 suspected Oxycodone-Oxycontin pills and suspected marijuana. The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by METRICH, Crestline and Galion Police Departments, delivered the package via an undercover officer, along with a narcotic search warrant, to the residence, located at 916 Park Road in Crestline, on Tuesday.

After contact was made, the other officers moved in and arrested David Fuson, 56, who resides at the residence. More pills and marijuana, along with drug paraphernalia and firearms, were located during a search of the residence.

Fuson was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for investigation.

The investigation is ongoing at this time.
