4:20 p.m.-Officers assisted a blind man in the 300 block of South Murray Street in finding his destination.
5:21 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 300 block of Eighth Avenue.

2:20 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the 200 block of South Street was investigated. John D. Bowen Jr., 23, Mansfield, was arrested for obstruction of official business.
2:51 a.m.-A man was issued a warning for the misuse of 911 calls in the 100 block of South Market Street.
6:01 a.m.-Timothy W. Morrison, 47, Galion, was arrested in the North Market Street area for disrupting public service.
12:19 p.m.-A North Columbus Street resident reported their vehicle stolen by someone they know.
