BUCYRUS—A person reported an attempted abduction early Thursday morning to Bucyrus Police.
At 5:43 a.m., a person walking in the area of Hopley Avenue and Aurora Street reported someone from a vehicle trying to grab her. She had gotten away and the vehicle had left the area.

7:49 a.m.-Officers investigated an open line 911 in the 1700 block of Marion Road.
7:58 a.m.-An employee of Hymiler called to report finding possible drugs in their store. Officers picked up the property.
8:02 a.m.-A Marion Road resident reported vandalism to her vehicles overnight.
12:09 p.m.-A Clay Street resident reported money stolen from her residence.
4:27 p.m.-Robert Brown, 34, was arrested on suspicion of operating a vehicle under the influence. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held pending a court appearance.
4:31 p.m.-Officers responded to a domestic situation in the 800 block of Clay Street.
8:37 p.m.-Officers mediated a domestic situation in the Bucyrus Plaza area.
9:37 p.m.-Officers spoke with someone regarding a missing person in the 500 block of Union Avenue.
10:09 p.m.-A verbal traffic warning was issued in the 600 block of South Sandusky Avenue.
11:26 p.m.-Officers cleaned up glass from the roadway in the 100 block of Penn Avenue.

1:12 a.m.-A traffic citation was issued in the area of South Sandusky Avenue and Warren Street.
4:58 a.m.-A resident in the 900 block of Faustina Avenue reported seeing some kids on her porch and the neighbor’s porch.
5:27 a.m.-Officers assisted the Bucyrus Fire Department at a residential structure fire in the 1000 block of East Mansfield Street.
