BUCYRUS—A man was arrested on a drug-related charge during a traffic stop Wednesday evening.

Bucyrus Police initiated the traffic stop at 10:15 p.m. Robert Garrow, 37, was arrested on a charge of possessing drug abuse instruments. He was issued a summons to appear in court and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

9:40 a.m.-Officers checked the railroad area on East Rensselaer Street after a report of someone taking gravel in the area.

12:19 p.m.-Officers assisted Municipal Court Probation Officer with an arrest in the 200 block of East Mansfield Street.

12:34 p.m.-An alarm was investigated at Cashland. It was a false alarm.

12:55 p.m.-Officers attempted to locate a reckless driver on West Mansfield Street.

1:10 p.m.-A report of a vehicle parked at Walmart with a dog in it and no windows down was gone prior to officers’ arrival.

1:49 p.m.-Officers attempted a welfare check in the 800 block of South Poplar Street.

2:18 p.m.-Officers delivered a message for Ontario Police in the 700 block of South Spring Street.

5:45 p.m.-Officers checked the 300 block of Lane Street after a report of a suspicious person.

6:21 p.m.-A two-vehicle, non-injury accident was investigated in the 1000 block of Wingert Street.

6:39 p.m.-Officers checked the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue for a reported suspicious person.

6:50 p.m.-An animal complaint was reported in the 900 block of Hopley Avenue.

7:11 p.m.-A welfare check was requested in the 1700 block of Whetstone Street.

10:07 p.m.-A loud music complaint was investigated in the 1300 block of Monnett Street.

10:32 p.m.-A disturbance in the 200 block of North Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

11:13 p.m.-A junk vehicle notice was issued in the 400 block of West Warren Street.

11:31 p.m.-Officers assisted a Crawford County Sheriff’s deputy on a traffic stop in the area of Tiffin and Hill Street.

11:46 p.m.-Officers assisted a Crawford County Sheriff’s deputy on a traffic stop in the area of Plymouth and Lane Streets.

1:46 a.m.-A resident in the 200 block of River Street reported hearing someone around his back door.  No one was located in the area when officers arrived.

3:18 a.m.-A disturbance in the 1400 block of South Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

6:23 a.m.-An alarm was investigated at Bucyrus Railcar Repair. It was a false alarm.
