2:25 p.m.-A report of a child playing in floodwater in the street in the South Street area was investigated.
2:39 p.m.-A report of a vehicle stuck in floodwater in the East Parson Street area was investigated. It was pulled out by Fairprice Auto Service.
3:03 p.m.-Thomas Best was issued court dates on warrants during a traffic stop on Sixth Avenue.
3:49 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the 600 block of Brookside Avenue.
4:59 p.m.-A welfare check was conducted on a juvenile in the 1400 block of Baehr Street and everything was fine.

11:19 p.m.-A South Street resident reported a suspicious person knocked on their door. Officers checked the area but did not locate anyone.
