BUCYRUSꟷA Bucyrus man was arrested by Bucyrus Police on a charge from the Mansfield Police Department.
Officers assisted Mansfield authorities early Friday morning by locating William Zeigler Jr. in Bucyrus at 12:15 a.m. and arrested him for domestic violence.
Zeigler was taken to the county line with Richland County and turned over to Mansfield Police officers.

12:02 p.m.-Officers assisted with a vehicle lockout in the 400 block of Wallace Avenue.
1:02 p.m.-Officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 300 block of West Center Street.
1:13 p.m.-An East Mansfield Street resident reported a package stolen from his porch this morning.
1:44 p.m.-A report of a domestic dispute in the 1100 block of Southland Avenue was investigated.
1:57 p.m.-Officers assisted the Bucyrus Fire Department in the 900 block of Faustina Avenue.
3:12 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance Service in the 300 block of West Galen Street.
3:31 p.m.- Officers assisted a person experiencing mental problems.
5:33 p.m.- A domestic dispute was mediated in the 200 block of West Galen Street.
6:25 p.m.- A juvenile complaint was made in the 400 block of Heritage Circle.
8:32 p.m.-Officers attempted a welfare check in the 200 block of Wallace Avenue.
8:39 p.m.-Officers checked the 800 block of Cleland Avenue for a suspicious vehicle. They located the car but it was unoccupied.
8:45 p.m.-Officers responded to the 200 block of East Mary Street looking for a suspicious vehicle.

12:24 a.m.-A report of a disturbance in the area of Bucyrus Plaza was investigated involving a large number of people yelling and trying to kick in a door. Seven people were located leaving the area and warned regarding trespassing at the apartment. There was no damage found to the door.
3:52 a.m.-A resident in the 800 block of Clay Street reported a wooden chest stolen from her residence.
6:05 a.m.-A parking citation was issued in the 300 block of Hill Street.
