BUCYRUS―A Bucyrus man was arrested on a warrant after a report of a possible fight in the 1600 block of Marion Road.

At 8:22 p.m. on Thursday, Bucyrus Police officers responded to a report of a female threatening to beat up another female.

Brandon Borders, 23, was arrested on a warrant out of Crawford County. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

The female was warned against trespassing and sent the other direction.

1:36 a.m.-A prowler was reported in the area of the 600 block of South Sandusky Avenue and West Liberty Street.

10:08 a.m.-A resident in the 200 block of East Liberty Street reported a vehicle keyed overnight.

10:21 a.m.-Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office in the area of Hopley Avenue and South East Street with the apprehension of a person wanted for a warrant. The female suspect was taken to Crawford County Jail.

10:53 a.m.-A West Mansfield Street resident reported being threatened.

11:04 a.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle at Outhwaite Reservoir was a Silver Ford left unoccupied in the lot for a few days. No one was located and a message was left with relatives about the vehicle.

11:29 a.m.-A no-talk 911 call was received from the area of GE and no incident was located.

11:59 a.m.-Officers assisted with a vehicle lockout in the 100 block of North Lane Street.

1:52 p.m.-Officers checked the 400 block of East Mansfield Street after a report of suspicious persons running in the area.

1:58 p.m.-Officers assisted with a vehicle lockout in the 1100 block of Willard Street.

3:28 p.m.-Officers assisted a citizen in the 200 block of Whetstone Street. A person was locked out of a residence waiting on the arrival of a spare key.

8:51 p.m.-Officers assisted Portsmouth EMS in the 300 block of Aumiller Park Drive where there was a possible overdose and suicide attempt. A person was taken to Bucyrus Community Hospital for care.

11:44 p.m.-An open door at a vacant residence on East Lucas Street was secured.

11:53 p.m.-A disturbance in the 1300 block of Monnett Street was breaking up as officers arrived in the area. No one advised they needed assistance.

12:18 a.m.-Officers responded back to the 1300 block of Monnett Street for another report of a disturbance. A large group was reportedly outside yelling. Everyone scattered and then another call was received that a group had returned to the street fighting. Witnesses reported two males and one female took off running. No one involved was seen in the area.

5:36 a.m.-Officers responded to a domestic violence complaint regarding a threatened stabbing in the 200 block of West Warren Street. An adult female, 32, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence and no injuries were reported. She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

5:43 a.m.-A report of loud music in the area of Rosedale Avenue and Melody Lane was investigated. A resident was contacted to turn the volume down.

5:58 a.m.-Officers responded with EMS personnel to the 800 block of Elm Street. The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene of a non-fatal overdose and the person was taken to Bucyrus Community Hospital for treatment.
