9:19 a.m.-A Prospect Street property owner reported vehicles abandoned on his property. Officers spoke with the vehicle owner.

9:32 a.m.-A report of a barking dog in the 600 block of Ridge Avenue was received.

10:04 a.m.-A report of a landlord-tenant dispute in the 100 block of North Spring Street was investigated.

10:23 a.m.-Officers assisted the Bucyrus Fire Department in the 400 block of West Warren Street.

11:25 a.m.-Officers made a welfare check in the 600 block of West Warren Street.

12:26 p.m.-A parking complaint in the 700 block of High Street was investigated.

1:18 p.m.-A report of a domestic dispute in the 1000 block of Hopley Avenue was unfounded.

2:00 p.m.-Officers assisted a person experiencing mental issues in the 200 block of West Mansfield Street.

3:32 p.m.- Officers responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of Iron Street.  A 16-year-old and a 15-year-old juvenile were both charged with disorderly conduct. The 16-year-old juvenile was also charged with a probation violation and transported to the Seneca County Juvenile Detention Center. The 15-year-old juvenile was released to a family member pending a court date through Juvenile Court. A missing juvenile from Crawford County was also located and returned to a family member.

4:56m    A traffic citation was issued on East Rensselaer Street.

5:04 p.m.- A disturbance was reported in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

5:11 p.m.-William T. Banks, 66, was arrested in the 500 block of North Sandusky Avenue on charges of theft by deception and identity fraud. He is being held at Crawford County Justice Center pending a court appearance.

5:13 p.m.-A disturbance was reported in the 500 block of East Charles Street.

5:35 p.m.-A parking complaint was made in the 800 block of Cherry Lane.

5:48 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance in the 800 block of South Poplar Street.

6:35m   A report of a dog barking was made in the 800 block of Wilbur Street.

6:51 p.m.-Officers assisted the Bucyrus Fire Department in the area of East Warren and Lane Streets.

7:14 p.m.-A traffic complaint was made in the 500 block of East Charles Street.

7:23 p.m.-A juvenile complaint was made in the area of South East Street and Wallace Avenue.

8:11 p.m.- Officers investigated a domestic dispute in the 200 block of West Mansfield Street.

8:31 p.m.- A theft report was taken in the 700 block of Wilbur Street.

9:32 p.m.- A report of a suspicious vehicle was made in the 100 block of North Spring Street.
