8:29 a.m.-Officers investigated a possible accident at the railroad tracks on West Mansfield Street. A motorcyclist slid on the tracks but was not injured.
8:45 a.m.-A parking citation was issued in the 300 block of Lawn Avenue.
10:20 a.m.-Officers assisted a probation officer in the 1000 block of Wingert Street. One person was arrested and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center.
10:56 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of a domestic dispute in the 400 block of West Mary Street.
11:22 a.m.-A report of a vehicle parked in the street in the 800 block of Hopley Avenue was investigated.
12:06 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a possible trespasser in the 600 block of East Oakwood Avenue.
12:44 p.m.-Officers spoke to a man at the station about a civil issue.
1:27 p.m.-Officers did a welfare check on a man in the 100 block of South Walnut Street.
1:43 p.m.-A parking complaint was received from the 800 block of South Sandusky Avenue.
2:28 p.m.-Officers assisted a motorist with directions at Rogers Street and Wallace Avenue.
2:50 p.m.-Officers took a report of a breaking and entering of a garage in the100 block of Gauis Street.
3:50 p.m.-A theft report was taken in the 200 block of West Rensselaer Street.
4:18 p.m.- A report of unwanted text messages was taken at the police department.
4:23 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance Service in the 200 block of South Sandusky Avenue with a person who had fallen.
5:25 p.m.- Officers disposed of syringes found in the area of West Rensselaer Street.
8:25 p.m.-A traffic complaint was made on North Sandusky Avenue. A motorist reported possible undercarriage damage in the construction zone.
9:25 p.m.-A bicycle reported stolen was found in the 800 block of East Rensselaer Street.
9:26 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance Service with a person experiencing mental health issues in the 800 block of West Beal Avenue.
11:54 p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance of possible gunshot sounds in the 100 block of Hall Street. No incident was located.
