The Galion Police Department is going to lend willing and able hands to spring cleaning for residents who may not be quite sure what to do with unwanted medications.

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. this Saturday, the Galion PD will be at the Galion Community Hospital lobby to accept unwanted, unused medications for area residents. No questions will be asked of those who bring in medications to be dropped off. This includes prescription or over-the-counter medications.

Police will then properly and safely dispose of the medications.
