1:03 a.m.-Kristan L. Bailey, 24, Galion, was arrested on a Crestline Police warrant in the 100 block of North Market Street and transferred to Crestline authorities.

10:31 a.m.-A parking complaint was investigated in the Harding Way West area.

10:47 a.m.-A report of rape is under investigation.

11:26 a.m.-A welfare check was conducted on a resident in the 1300 block of Harding Way East.

12:42 p.m.-Officers assisted with a person experiencing suicidal thoughts. She was taken by EMS to Galion Community Hospital.

2:18 p.m.-A parking citation was issued in the South Boston Street area.

7:02 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 400 block of Third Avenue. John L. Holbert was issued a citation for improper backing of a vehicle.

7:14 p.m.-Carlos M. Smith was issued a citation for fictitious tags in the McClure Street area.

9:09 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 600 block of Hollywood Drive.

8:07 a.m.-A report of a hot air balloon crashing was investigated. The operators of the balloon landed safely in a field in the Monnett-New Winchester Road area.

10:59 a.m.-A resident reported their wallet stolen in the 1200 block of Harding Way East.

12:34 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 800 block of Sunnyside Drive. Jody D. Henry, 64, Mansfield, was arrested for domestic violence and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center.

12:43 p.m.-A parking citation was issued in the South Boston Street area.

1:29 p.m.-A Grand Street resident reported their bicycle stolen.

5:53 p.m.-An injury accident was investigated in the West Church Street area. Robert J. Taylor was issued a citation for a stop sign violation. The vehicles involved were towed from the scene.

6:22 p.m.-Gregory A. Thatcher, 53, Galion, was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 400 block of Libby Lane.

8:29 p.m.-A report of a disturbance was investigated in the 100 block of Railroad Street.

8:51 p.m.-Richard A. Beck was issued a citation for driving under suspension in the 100 block of North East Street.

9:41 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the 400 block of Libby Lane.

3:55 a.m.-A driver for CD Taxi reported that a customer did not pay for their cab ride in the 100 block of Easton Way. The person said they would pay the next day. Officers advised the driver to contact police if the customer does not pay.

3:28 p.m.-A report of an impaired driver in the 1300 block of Ohio 598 was investigated.

4:14 p.m.-A syringe found in the roadway in the Orange Street area was turned over to officers for proper disposal.

4:27 p.m.-A report of a fight was investigated in the 700 block of Carter Drive.

6:36 p.m.-Angela M. Shepherd was issued a citation for expired plates in the Sherman Street area.

7:17 p.m.-An Ohio 61 resident reported unauthorized use of their vehicle.

11:54 a.m.-A hit-skip accident was investigated in the 500 block of Park Avenue.

4:16 p.m.-A Libby Lane resident reported $60 stolen from their bank account.

4:51 p.m.-A Harding Way East resident reported a weed eater and leaf blower stolen from their truck overnight.

4:58 p.m.-A report of a fight at Heise Park was investigated.

6:55 p.m.-A welfare check was conducted in the 300 block of Seventh Avenue.

8:48 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 100 block of First Avenue.
