12:56 a.m.-A report of fireworks being set off at Cobey Park was investigated.

2:18 a.m.-A report of people yelling and screaming in the 300 block of North Columbus Street was investigated.

2:21 a.m.-An Easton Way resident reported that two men tried to break into their apartment.

4:28 a.m.-A report of a male walking down the street while screaming in the 100 block of North Liberty Street was investigated. Michael A. Elliott was arrested for disorderly conduct.

9:35 a.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 300 block of Sixth Avenue.

10:19 a.m.-A civil standby was conducted in the 700 block of West Church Street.

11:57 a.m.-A report of a sex offense was taken.

12:59 p.m.-A civil standby was conducted in the 300 block of Third Avenue.

4:01 p.m.-A report of a group of juveniles riding their bicycles into traffic and hitting each other with belts was investigated. The kids advised they were not hitting each other with belts and officers advised them to stay out of traffic.

4:43 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 800 block of Portland Way North. Carl Scott was issued a citation for entering the roadway incorrectly.

5:15 p.m.-Tyler Wireman was issued court dates on two misdemeanor warrants in the 600 block of Chiswick Place.

5:35 p.m.-A report of damage to Central Garage, 625 W. Church St., after someone backed into the building was investigated.

7:05 p.m.-A report of a person going door-to-door with a permit was investigated in the 300 block of Tidd Drive. The woman was advised that she needs to obtain a permit.

8:24 p.m.-A South Street resident reported their temporary license plate was stolen from their vehicle.

8:35 p.m.-A Third Avenue resident reported being harassed by a man they know. The man was warned against trespassing at the residence.

9:22 p.m.-A debit card found in the 700 block of South Market Street was turned over to police.

10:49 p.m.-Tyler M. Donathan was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing official business in the 300 block of Fifth Avenue.

11:09 p.m.-A report of a reckless driver in the Fairview Avenue area was investigated.
