The Ohio Department of Transportation is reporting that State Route 61, just north of State Route 309 in the City of Galion, will close Wednesday, April 23 for a bridge replacement project.
The detour route for northbound motorists is SR 61 to SR 309, west on SR 309 to State Route 598, north on SR 598 to US Route 30, east on US 30 to SR 61, and reverse for southbound motorists. The road is expected to reopen on May 14, 2014.
