Not that anyone within the Crawford County justice system was necessarily in need of it, but two dozen arraignments Monday in Common Pleas Court indicates job security.
Of those 24 arraigned on felony charges, two pleaded guilty to fifth-degree felony drug possession. Neither Samantha Sadowski nor William Lilly are prison eligible according to sentencing guidelines.
Both are being held pending pre-sentence investigations. The recommended sentence for both is five years of community control.
Torin Jones was arraigned on a third-degree felony charge of drug possession and his bond of $1 million was continued.
Those who were arraigned and pleaded not guilty, the charges against then and bonds set are: Torin Jones, F3 possession of drugs ($1 million); Todd Hon, F5 receiving stolen property ($200,000); Michelle Webb, F5 possession of drugs ($100,000); Nicholas Daigle, F5 possession of drugs – two counts ($250,000); Thomas Cunningham, F4 assaulting a police officer – four counts ($250,000); Matthew Strauss, F4 improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle ($25,000); Tabatha Roberts, F5 possession of drugs – two counts ($50,000); Jonathon Shultz, F3 having weapons under disability ($100,000); Derek Snyder, F3 having weapons under disability and F4 receiving stolen property ($150,000); Nicole Whitmore, F5 forgery – six counts ($150,000); Scott Thompson Jr., F3 receiving stolen property ($150,000); Robin Hall, F5 possession of drugs ($50,000); Krista Smith, F5 theft ($25,000); William Sykes, F3 DUI ($150,000); Brandon Brown, F5 possession of drugs ($50,000); Pamela Sensabaugh, F5 possession of drugs ($150,000); Alonzo West, (F5 possession of drugs ($50,000); Carolann Kogelschatz, F2 burglary and F2 robbery ($250,000); Kelley Nalley, F5 theft ($25,000); Kenneth Grimes Jr., F4 DUI ($75,000); Matthew Hoffine, F4 DUI ($75,000); Nathan Tolle, F5 receiving stolen property ($50,000).
